People with empty pockets don't make history.
I find Oetzi's set-up truly fascinating. I read about Nessmuk 2 or 3 weeks ago and it seems both could go on a happy trip together. A working man's knife and a sharp axe. And I liked the part about the little bags, that reminded me of the samurai's Inro. There is a lot to learn from history, for EDC and Bushcraft as well as for any other field. I have a german Bushcraft/Survival Book from the 60s. These articles make me want to read it again.
