RX-78-2  :tu:

The Arch-enemy, MS14

The Garage turns out to be smaller than the ride(wrong scale, but it is probably too large to built to scale anyway :o), and suspended mid-air in a mall  :D

Being from Canada I didn't have much exposure to Gundam stuff but I like it.

I grew up on a steady diet of Transformers, Gobots, and of course Robotech. Could never get enough Robotech, and aside from watching it on TV it was very limited access to toys/models/etc.

I always keep meaning to explore more, but am at a complete loss of where to start.

They look a lot like battle mechs from battletech.
Very cool looking.

Yes, me too have my fare share of Robotech(they call it Macross in Asia), Transformer and battletech.  Just the other day some friends were just discussing why a gun will transfrom as big as a truck... :D

Grant,

For sure!  That totally blew me away.  From the interviews that I have seen, Adam Savage supposedly is very supportive of Comiccon, and dress in very authentic costume each year to attend.

I will not be surprised if one day all our tools will just transform into whatever we need, with a press of a button or voice.  Something like 'Hex 2.0' or 'blade', and something will just shoot out from the end.  :pok:

p.s. Wait a sec, on a second thought...what if the guy inside that robot wants to pee....

from what I understand adam wears a different costume for each day.

The mech pilot could have a long haul in-flight urine collection device... or they would just take a break and unsuit...
