I used a Nite-Ize DoohicKey to open a UPS package.

I carry a knife, but wanted to see how well the DoohicKey performed this task.  The DoohicKey required noticeably more effort and took longer, but it presented no danger of damaging the box contents.

I gave my wife the gift of a DoohicKey and she put it to use the next day, tightening a screw and scraping goo off something at work.

Tighten up a leg of table at friends house with Atwood Prybaby...

Though it is ISO and we use metrics here it was up to the task!!

Well not today but yesterday I used my training knife with my friend and we were playing with it. I was actually using it in place of my latex sword... :D . This is the first time I was using it for such purpose as of now they were used only for some serious purpose like getting trained to use any knife.

I used the flat blade on a Nite Ize DoohicKey as a screwdriver to turn a slotted screw.  The screw is used to access my headlamp's  battery compartment.

There are dozens of screwdrivers scattered around the house, but I keep the DoohiKey on my key ring so it was nearby.

I used a Leatherman #2 one piece tool to pry the cover off a plastic faucet knob on my sink.

The edge of the Leatherman #2 tool is sharper than my other one piece tools.  A more blunt tool would not work here.

Used my niteize doohicky to pry off the outer rings of some sprinkler heads.  Someone didn't install them properly and so I had to remove them to try and reset them properly.

I used a Leatherman #2 to lift up the molle webbing on the back of a new sheath so I could thread a strap underneath the webbing.

Earlier, I used it to pry a pebble loose from the sole of my shoe.

I used a Nite Ize DoohicKey to pry an AA battery from a tight battery holder.

BTW, my wife lost her Nite Ize DoohicKey.  It must have fallen off her key ring which she often puts in a jacket pocket.  Could be the same unintentional gate opening problem which haunts the original S-Biners.

I replaced her DoohicKey with a Leatherman #2 pry tool.

Amici,
Despite that fact that I loathe Gerber MT's, there is only ONE that I will carry..  that is the Gerber Artifact.. I like the replaceable X-acto blade first off, and second, the Phillips head is pretty reliable also.. It can be mean in the pocket, but clip it and it rides fine.. Today I used mine to open mail as well as pry open a paint can lid for some touching up around my fortress of solitude while the weather allowed for it..

Cheers,
Serge

Not sure if this qualifies as a multi, but I EDC an offset screwdriver in the same pouch with my Rebar and Pocketwrench- when you really need one, there is nothing else that works at all.

I used it to fish laundry soap packets from the vending machine for a little old lady. I just needed the reach and the right angle.

I used the Boker Minibar to pry the top off a plastic shampoo bottle before recycling the bottle.   The cap was tight and not meant to be removed by the consumer.
