I usually stick to Pelicans and Otter boxes, but I do have a couple of cheaper ones too.  I have found the biggest problem with the cheaper brands is that the rubber gaskets around the lids don't stay in place and can cause leaks.  If you use some silicone (I use GOOP) to glue them in place you shouldn't have too many problems with it.

Nice case by the way!   :tu:

It needs an MTO Sticker on it, but other than that it's nice!  :P

I really like the Pelican brand boss, esp. when it comes to these kind of water tight cases. Someday, I'll
have that real, branded case. Thanks boss.

Where's the nearest CD-R King Store in your place, Gab? Get one until supplies last. ;)

I've got a couple of the smaller Plano StowAway boxes that I use for gear that must stay dry and I haven't had a problem yet. Lighter, easier to open with gloves, and I tested them by filling them with musket balls and tossing them in the bottom of a bucket for three days. Didn't leak.

Otter box and Pelican all the way, had to many cheaper alternatives fail on me over the years. They are worth the extra money.

I use a B&W Type 51 for my telescope eyepieces. It is great, comes from Germany (maybe the Chinese sector of Germany, who knows?) and they cost here almost as much as Pelicans but it was deeper and had a strong carrying strap and chepper pre-cut foam, so I choose that over the similar Peli.
There are also Vanguard and Nanuk to consider.

Hi cool123. Here in the Philippines, there are countless Cdr-king stores that sell Chinese products,
from cd's, flashcards and yes, water tight cases of different colors and all kinds of gadgets.
I don't know in your place. But you can always order online. Thanks
