It seems Atwoods are very popular .... but not to use/carry I can't actually think of anyone other than you that posts to say they've used/carried one. Gadget Guy perhaps?
Great choice with the MP400 IMO. Adding the bit adaptor just makes it even better.

what sort of size are you talking about? I couldn't cut through 6.4mm ones (that's the size we use most of) comfortably with my Wave scissors or SOG scissors and I'd love something pocketable to do so.
DocAllen VersaDriver. I seem to be the only one here who carries one. For those who don't know it, http://docallensversatool.com/

A really tiny pair of pliers has limited application, but a really tiny pair of wire cutters (that cut all the way to the tip) would be very handy for exactly the reason you state, among others. LM could add one to the Squirt lineup and call it the DC4...
bring a few samples to the meet-up and we can give various scissors a test to see what works best for you.

A thousand times yes I wonder how a Micra or a Crosscut would do actually.Quote from: Gareth on September 02, 2013, 07:49:53 PMbring a few samples to the meet-up and we can give various scissors a test to see what works best for you. Good idea
I've not tried it, but I wonder how easy it would be to get a cutting hook in at a tightly done up cable tie?
