Looking for SURGE sheath/bit kits

I'm looking for a nylon/cordura Surge sheath (not the leather one).  I might grab one on ebay for $10 shipped, but I'd figure I'd ask here first.

Another thing I'd like to get are two complete bit sets for the Leatherman bit holders.  Question; how many bit cards can be held in a nylon Surge sheath?

Looking to buy seeing as I don't have much to trade aside from two Zippos, both uncarried.  One totally mint and the other filled and lighted a few times. One a distressed copper color and another stainless one that has a weird rainbow effect like oil in a puddle.

Well, I wish I had a spare! But, you could fit both bit cards but that will result in a bulky sheath!
