Before your head explodes, it's a Sheffield and the built quality is pretty good. It is an adjustable Vice-Grip style Multi-Tool with locking secondary tools. It has the type of lock where you have to partially open another tool to release the locked tool.


It seems to be pretty rare I haven't found any info about it.
Since taking those pictures I cleaned it up a bit. I removed a lot of the surface rust. For the most part the only rust that's remaining is on the engraving, the latch and the adjustment knob.
Price, I'm looking for $20+shipping via Paypal. If you think the price is way out of line let me know, but based on the quality of the sheath which is on par with a SOG sheath and the complexity(and perhaps rarity) of the tool I think $20 is a fair price.
