I think Leatherman could package up their floor sweepings and some of us would buy them. So, how much for the Croc by itself?

I'm there with you Al. Fanboyism kind of annoys me and I think I've proven that with my complaints about every manufacturer. I think every tool needs to be judged on its individual merits not what name is printed on the side. DefSent from a digital multitool http://tapatalk.com/m?id=10']now Free[/url]
Huge thanks to Detron for getting this set for me. I wouldn't have minded if you decided to play with it first!DefSent from a digital multitool
The piranha is much cooler looking but I think this is a much better tool. The bits on those one piece tools aren't effective. This may be my favorite one piece tool. I went and got one. There is no carabiner.
Nope, it doesn't mention the carabiner. It says something about detachable clip.
That is definitely a half a$$ed Piranha. And I hope/pray that the CROC was done at Home Depot's insistance
Wrench, wrench, bottle opener, back scratcher.
Now i'm really mad. After my last visit to Home Depot looking for the Sidekick/Croc I said I was going to save my money for something else. I should of listened to myself. I checked online at a different Home Depot and they said they had 50+ in stock. It was a bit out of the way, but I said screw it and decided to go. I got there and was left walking around like a smurfing idiot for 20 minutes until I asked someone about it. He tried to get someone on the phone in hardware and after 3 calls and 3 announcements over the intercom no one ever answered and I was now left standing there looking like an idiot again deciding if I should just wait longer or walk out of there. Well I walked out more pissed off than ever. I knew I shouldn't of wen't. Might just pony up the extra $12-$15 dollars and buy a BO Rebar. Might make me feel better.

Cap, I am sorry you are having these issues. I vote for BO Rebar
At least the Croc resembles a tool, it could be worse.
