Another example of nature in design.  These parallel pliers by Bernard were thrown in on one of my plierench purchases. Looks like a fish or maybe a scallop with handles?

Note the wire cutters on the top edge.

I really like parallel pliers.  I would love to see a parallel plier multi-tool.

I know those from swiss explosive tool sets. I gave mine away (I was only after the nice canvas bag at that time) but I will look if i can find a reference pic.

Here is a similar set. Thew pliers in mine came chrome or nickel plated like yours do look like.
