While I'm not THE reason it was created, I'm pretty sure I was a big influence.  :D

I might have to find my way to a local Sears and see if I will waste my time once again. Yeah, that is what usually happens whenever I visit Sears for something.

I'm sorry, but I have to ask: Would you get one in each color? :D

EDIT Not that I'm an enabler, or anything.

I would if I could...but I bet there are huge differences between Canadian Sears and American Sears. I bet they don't even sell them north of the border.

And... here's a quick review.

I got this for about $8 after tax.

It weighs in at about 3.11 oz.

This is going to be a pretty quick review.
The good: Flathead worked, Phillips is full 3d, and better than I expected, though not fantastic. The file is tollerable, for nails, and the blade was almost paper-cutting sharp, which is a lot more than I can say for many cheapos.

The bad: small flathead, awl, and can opener.

The AWESOME: The scissors. Wow. Stout, sturdy, smooth as butter, and surprisingly capable. A very slight ding against soft materials like khaki, but cut right through suede leather and 550 paracord easily. Snipped zip ties at the very tips of the blade with shocking ease.

So, there you go. One of the best cheapo scissors I've found. Everything else is meh. A little heavier than i like for keychain carry. Fine for pocket/purse carry, I'd expect.
