I agree that a dedicated page would be great.
My sugestion would be to keep separated the Tactile series from the Soft Touch, as they were completely different.
Was it confirmed that the Tactile was referred as the Soft Touch, as written here?

I have the recollection of the two terms being used interchangeably, possibly in an early ad, but can't document it. Since they are not currently being used that way, I have no strong opposition to separating them. As mentioned to Nicola, what I was thinks was listing the Tactiles and Soft Touches, either together or separately, and then linking them to the variations under the base model, rather than have two entries for them.

I started doing just that but stopped until we come to an agreement.

I've got a Talisman on the way presently; I'll send up a pic or two when I get it.

Is it the one that way sold by the guy with the colorful carpet? :D

Yup, the very same. I've bought many a knife off the colorful carpet.

I wish he'd stop using it. Not easy to see details on it.
...

I was just doing my rounds o saved eBay sellers and ...  Thanks. Glad to know we're being read. :salute:

I've got a couple of Caddy Rovers on the way, for which I didn't see a picture/article for on the wiki. Want me to send a pic or two?

We have it at the Rover under Variations --> Golfer Rover but maybe a picture instead of the link there would be better.

That's the one. The ones I'm getting don't have the golfer on the scale though, just a Pebble Beach logo.

Actually it could be an Executive, but they were supposed to only be available in red. More likely it's a Companion.

@pfrsantos It doesn't even look like an Ambassador  :twak:

I couldn't find photo of Victorinox Laser (and even topic about this knife :)

Can anybody confirm that this model (4.6227.t) is absent there?

P.S. Sorry if I've posted my question in wrong thread.

Not as a separate page. It's under Signature variations.

But there are only US model numbers and no pics.

Other versions, this one doesn't have an USB.

With USB it's a Presentation Master and has a page.

Meh, not everybody has to be such a SAK nerd. :P I only learned most of the models while going through all the wiki pages while searching for some model or especially making this list of missing pictures.

Also a lot of models only appear in the wiki as variations of some model and are therefore harder to find. I'm not a big fan of that personally and would prefer more smaller pages then a couple of huge ones with loads of submodels lumped together.

Sorry for the delay. I actually had a thread a year ago asking about this exact SAK of yours. :D Seems it's an earlier model than the 58mm Executive.

Pictures are always welcome. ;) I add them to the gallery even if not all of them are used in a wiki page. Then people can search of them or reference them in the gallery. :hatsoff:

Thanks! :)

Correct me if I'm wrong, can we say that only 5 model with Laser pointer were produced by Victorinox:
  • Signature Laser
  • Swiss Flash Laser
  • Swiss Flash Laser Flight
  • Presentation Master
  • Presentation Master Flight
For sure, models with memory stick can have different size of USB memory (no detailed division by memory sizes I mean)

There are some misunderstanding.
AFAIK, twho models has name "Executive" - 74mm and 58mm one.
58mm has the same tools as Classic, but has Alox scales (and old-type nail-file)
74mm - well known model with orange peeler (by the way, the same model without KR had name "Companion (long-lon time ago :)
