A different type of plier wrench

Saw this one on the 'bay.  Pliers with interlocking handles that form an alligator wrench on the other end.  Possibly a screwdriver on the end of one handle.  The photo is a little grainy (reminds me of my own photos).  There is mad genius at work here...

Really interesting, must weight a ton though. Would like to se that idea revisited with modern materials and techniques and it could come out something very nice. Specially since the plier handles would allow for an alligator wrench for a wide number of the most common hex bolts.
