Welcome back, Francis.
Thanks; I guess I had to come back, the site had lost my Avatar.  I put that back and now I can start all over again (slowly).

Whoey was trying to fix all the broken attachments a few weeks ago caused by Tapatalk and the server move from Serverloft so possibly your Avatar file got moved or the link was broken in the process.

I personally don't use these, but I would if I had one. I see them at Home Depot all the time. There are all sorts of different sizes.

I use one for my spare parts.

I have three of those, one on my desk for the EDCd SAKs and multies and the ones in smaller boxes, keychain stuff, ... and the other ones for storage.

I like the big tool boxes as they give plenty of storage room. Also, I like that they are hidden until I pull out a drawer...and then they are all there for ones viewing pleasure.

A little Leatherman information.

Hi
here my evolution
(Image removed from quote.)

Very nice. I have something similar but with styrofoam. What's the green one between the PocketGrip and the Skier in this picture, a Golf Pro?

And could I ask you for pictures of the Matterhorn for the missing SAKwiki pictures thread too? :D

Thank you. :hatsoff:

In a locked room, in a locked gun safe that's bolted to the concrete floor and frame of the house behind it, in a locked compartment.

Since it's the law over here to have firearms safely secured like that I may as well get my moneys worth and make use of the safe by keeping my leathermans and saks in there too.

"most" of mine are in this glass-top display coffee table.

Grate idea...  :tu:
This is a home made table, right?

Yes, I made it from some recycled timber I salvaged from the old decking around my swimming pool.

I try and keep as many as I can out of sight..... specially from 'The Wife'
and if they are spread around, and not in any sort of order, it's not classed as 'A Collection' right  ::)
+1 ... right!

@ PTRSAK your display coffee table is awesome.

I would love something like that myself but I lack the needed skills to make one.  I have my SAKs in a cheap knife case but I've out grown it in the last few months.  I have my Vic SOS and Survival Kits in a netbook bag that has been repurposed.

The big and beautiful part of the collection is in wall cabinets.
For the storage of the other knives I build those wooden case:
Fit into a simple IKEA frame with glass door.

I don't have a lot, but for my collection of goodies I keep most of them in plain sight on my dresser in my rig that I originally made for my cell phone and other things to charge in.  JR
