Red is great if you drop your SAK in the snow, but what if you drop it in a puddle of blood?  :D

The second SAK I owned was an Explorer I found in a patch of snow next to a High Sierra lake on a backpacking trip.

Doesn't look like one to me.  Looks like there may be scissors on it?

Me nthinks those are pliers, not scissors
"Some rise by sin, and some by virtue fall;
 Some run from breaks of ice, and answer none:
 And some condemned for a fault alone." -William Shakespeare, King Lear (1608), Act IV, scene 6, line 169

This is the second time I have had to say this.  :D

Yes, I know they are pliers, but I could see another layer which meant that it wasn't a Mechanic as first suspected.

My boys are jealous of your snow Dunc.  We only had about 2mm, so they decided to make a snowman in the living room out of blankets and cardboard instead  ::) :)
