My edc is a SwissTool with the ratchet.  I got the extension that comes with a different model.  Also got a nylon pouch that can fit them all(#4.0832.N). 

Also got a Widgy prybar that slips into the side of the pouch just perfectly.

I have since added a few smaller items that I've been carrying seperately.  Been meaning to get to this for a couple of weeks.   
I've added the best tweezers on the market, and a coujple of lockpicking tools(ie. rake and wrench).  Had to cut the rake down a little.

I have a few pics showing the tools and one showing the belt pouch and the divided sections.  I had to buy it seperately, but I can't tell you haw many trips to the truck it has saved me at work and I can't go without it anywhere else.  The whole rig weighs right at 1lb.

and another...BTW, the ratchet has a 1/4" drive in it I took out of a different kit.  And the 1/4" & 5/16th" nutdrivers had to be ground down to fit as they came with different tool sets.   I use them everyday on zip screws and hoseclamps so they're must have's for me.  The black 1/4" drivers came with the SwissTool.

Given how much you have rammed into that Vic pouch I have to wonder hos long it's going to be around!  Many pouches will last a good long time when doing what they are designed to do but start to fail when overloaded.  You should look into a Pock-Its sheath or something.  I'd think the Hip Pock-Its, Pock-Its Plus or XL Pock-Its would serve you a lot better.

I've been considering one of the Hip Pock-Its for the boat tools as it's the only sheath I've seen which I think will carry a MP600, Core and the Swissgrip (as well as extras) AND fasten up securely so I don't end up losing anything in the drink when climbing in and out of tricky areas etc. Question is though whether it'll take the length of the Swissgrip or is that too long. Anyone know?

Thanks for the info, but I'll stick with this.  The widgey bar is less than an 1/8" thick and fits quite nicely, while the tweezers are smaller and the pick set is EXTREMELY minimal.  The belt pouch itself has separately compartments for the corkscrew and extension.  The additional tools are pretty small and aren't in the way of utilizing the original occupants of the pouch.  As I wear this unit on my left hip, a little towards the back, its not in the way.  Anything larger would be a burden as I'm always up & down, in & out of all kinds of situations.  Thanks, but no thanks.  If i wear it out, I'll just buy another.  With all the trouble I had getting this kit in the first place I've changed my S.O.P., I now buy two of almost everything I purchase online.  Everything I can reasonably afford, that is.  Also, one really doesn't need the widgey bar to pry with as the Spirit has the flat head/crate opener.  I just pry more than others, I fear, and don't want to mess up the Spirit.  Besides this is EDC and I wear it ALL day.  Its like an article of clothing in that I don't do anything without it.  Heck, I'm sitting in a recliner, on my laptop, wearing it right now:)   
As far as a flashlight goes, I carry a $30 maglight LED with 2 AA batteries in a pouch just in front of it.

Me too.  Had one in some form since they've been on the market.  Got a surefire executive, but the batteries are more $ and the cut bezel isn't comfortable.  After wearing my EDC 8-10 hours @ work, I really don't mind wearing it after work.  In fact I feel at a loss without it if I need it, reach for it, and it aint there.
Kinda gives me that sick in the pit of my stomach feeling.

As a matter of fact, I did force the corkscrew in too far one day and had to stuff cotton balls into the tube to keep it from falling in too far.  You called it!

Well, I found that I wanted a nicer, more accommodating sheath.  I moved the tweezers out because of convenience. And then I found the Skinth sheaths made by Metropolicity.  Got myself a SkinthXL.

My Current EDC: SOG Crosscut (so old it says 'Patent Pending'), a Spyderco Delica Clipit (so old it has a plastic clip... and a 'sweet mod' to fix my idiot ex-brother-in-law's tip breakage), a Sheffield 12010 mini multitool (no idea how old it is as I bought it used at a pawn shop for $3), a pretty much brand new LED mini-mag, and some nameless keychain LED light, that has TOTALLY been worth the $1 I spent on it.

It's refreshing to see someone getting good service out of no-named tools, and lights which many consider yesteryear. It's so easy to get caught up on branding and lose track of "does it work?" and "do I have it on me?"

I got the Spyderco Delica and SOG Crosscut at about the same time... mid to late 90's, but I can't say precisely when.

I pretty much never actually need or use the Delica day-to-day. Most all blade work gets done by the blade on the Crosscut (box opening, mostly). However, as a lefty, I like having a reasonable length OHO blade.  I've dropped it and brought it back off and on, but right now it's in. Call me paranoid, but for under 2 oz, it stays.

The Sheffield was picked up ... Mmm.... maybe a year ago? I have used the living heck out of it. It has just about the PERFECT compliment of tools compared to the Crosscut, and has worked like a champ. I liked it so much I picked up a no-name replica of it the other day for $5 that I'm giving to a friend this weekend. I simply can't imagine getting more usefulness for $5 than that tool. Cheap? Sure. Terrible fit and finish. Functional? Oh my God, yes. They even have really good (if small) 3d phillips heads... and a CAN OPENER, yeah, on a keychain multitool!

The Mini Mag-Lite was added maybe 6 months ago, when my old light died. The reason I chose the Minimag is that it has ALL the features I could want (High, low, flash, and SOS), something like 120 lumins (25 in low mode), it's LED, and it's under $20, and for the amount of use it's going to get, I find it absurd spending more than that. I've had a number of minimags in my life, and only ever had to replace them due to me losing them, so I trust their quality. I am also trying to standardize my gear to AAs where possible. This light has no problem throwing a bright spot to the back of our property (about 100 feet from my deck). Anything else would be more than I need for more than I'm willing to pay.

The little keychain light was one of those 'in a plastic bucket beside the register' impulse buys. I bought 3 about the same time I got the Maglite. I took one apart, and apparently they have pretty decent batteries in them, so I expect it'll last a while. It's mostly used to get keys into locks at night (instead of leaving our porch light on). Probably something in the 3 lumin output range. VERY useful at a range of 3 feet. Not bad at a range of 10 feet. King of useless beyond that. They cost $1 apiece. Pretty excellent for the cost, if they last a few years. I can't find a model/manufacturer for it, which is sad.

I had a Leatherman Micra as a replacement for the misplaced Crosscut for a while, and got rid of it when I found the Crosscut again. The Crosscut works better in almost every way, for me. I tried a Gerber Mini Suspension P as a replacement for the Sheffield, and didn't like it. I got a Wingman recently, hoping maybe to consolidate the plier/scissor/ OHO blade roles. They're not as good as the individual components here (except the plier), and weigh more. So... you know... I keep trying new things occasionally, but I'm certainly not going to ditch tools that aren't in fashion any more unless I get better performance (or at least better performance for the dollar). I'd probably still be carrying my old little 2-blade Buck folder if it hadn't been lost years ago.

I've got a Leatherman Wave on the way. I'll carry it a while with the rest of this and see how it stacks up.

  I carry a Micra and a Fenix E01 on a keychain and a Craftsman 4 way pocket screwdriver and a P-51 in my wallet. A Super Tinker, no name LED flashlight with an expanding neck and a pair of Knipex Gator Pliers are the glovebox of my car.

I constantly cycle two old schrades and a Bucktool through my edc. I like to change it up and they're all pretty interesting tools. Other than the bucktool, they aren't in good enough conditions to just keep to collect.
