Vics sharpeners 7.8721 & 0567.32 - Anyone can add info?

Hi,

I got a 0567.32 that I can use at home or in the woods and does it well its job but seem sto be rather coarse - although I can't find specific info anywhere on the web.
I recently fell in love with the great-looking 7.8721 with 2 sharpening settings.

Does any one have used those? Are they good for specific jobs? Also, about the 7.8721 - can I use it for my SAKs as well or just kitchen knifes?!?

There is also a small Vic sharpening steel, that came with a Vic sheath.  I use it for sharpening cutting hooks, like the one on Leatherman Charges.  (And the Raker Ring Tool)

I'd stick with the Tri-angle Sharpmaker from Spyderco.
