Vic Classics Wanted

In order to complete my collection of coloured Classics I still need the following:

Pale Blue
Pale Green
Sage Green
Pale Yellow
Raspberry Sherbet

Actually any 58mm knife with these colours would do, used is fine but not beaten up. If you do not have any of these then any information as to where they may be obtained would be gratefully received. I can pay money or trade for some of my excess Classics.
