Help identifying a slippie

So,I've come across this on an American website

Is there a specific name for this type of knife,and do Case do one?
There is no beginning,or ending,and for this we are thankful,cos now is hard enough to understand!

Looks barlowish, maybe some sort of jack...

RR usually takes older existing patterns and re-produces them.
