More Differences between swiss x & surge
on: May 28, 2008, 04:53:13 PM
This really surprised me even my Skeletool's pliers open wider than the X :o IMO I think the LM's scissors are much better than the X's I have had a problem with Victorinox's scissors spring coming out of it's groove & getting snagged on closing , it happened x1 with the X & just about had a heart attack , fortunately no harm done . The scissor spring on my SAK is always coming out of the groove & it drives me  :ahhh , but it could just be me :D. In closing do I want my own X ? absolutely . I do really love my Surge but I have used him lots & have not used  the X . The surge reminds me of a sweet running unbreakable V8 where as the X reminds me of a German straight 6 just laking a little soul but somewhere under that 6's rocker cover lurks a beautiful Italian & I really , really want her:D :D

New pliers look like they have more metal in them though ?
