It’s occurred to me that there’s no use in carrying this, even for light prying, as it’s made of pewter.
So is my compewter.
Try prying with your compewter!

Pablo, you'll need a pocketwrench...
And forward one to me
My problem is that there’s so many different pet bars that I don’t know which to get!  :ahhh
Maybe I should get a bunch of Chinese ones to help me decide which “genuine” one I want?

you need that little smurfer, huh? maybe I can help you out
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!

Did some looking around....
Once you start eliminating OPTs with bottle openers, sharp edges, extra screwdrivers, etc that a SAK or multi tool already has, the selection narrows drastically.
So far:
1. Widgy style pry bar
2. Pocket wrench 2...
I bow to Nicks fortune telling skills
I said you needed a pocket wrench...
So I misunderstood you?
Or understood you?
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!

Misunderstood.
I said "you need a pocket wrench"

And you start babbling about OPT's and how you started selecting them, only to come back to the pocket wrench

Been looking for one myself but they tend to get expensive to get them to this side of the pond.

Sorry, no joke. Yes the snaps. Is it only me that calls them domes?
Oh and I don't know how to spell faff (sp?), but I think it looks good with a silent P in front. Like Pfaltz.

Received a prybar from China today for my Skinth. :mail:
It appears to be a Widgy knockoff, is as thick as the scissors layer on a 91mm SAK, and is the 3” version (76mm).

Show content
It appears to be very sturdy, I put it in a vice and pulled on it with four fingers, with my thumb bracing on the vice. More force than I would apply to the bottle opener on an alox sak.  :ahhh
It only flexed a tiny little bit.  :like:
The amount of force I can apply is only limited by the short length.

I would have gotten the 4” version (and may still!) but it wouldn’t fit well in my skinth.  ::)
Keeping it tucked in the space behind the belt clip, it fits well.  :like:
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!

I would be careful sticking this where you have too?
I just had to retire a Skinth when that single rivit at the bottom of the clip broke out and the clip then detaches when it wants to after that.
Sort of Pablo'd by your own good intentions? :pok:

How did it break?  :ahhh

The rivet tore out of the cordura and then I discovered it just hanging in the hole in the clip and after poking it just fell out.
The only thing that holds the clip in place is that one rivet and the clip will then just detach when its ready.

I can probably repair it if I find another like rivet but I have not tried yet.
