I don't see a logical reason why the partially serrated blade version should be worth more than the plain edge blade.
However, I'm not good at giving "values", since I like to consider this forum more a place to share knowledge, than an online shop.
Then there is always the golden rule: the same knife could be considered worth more by one collector and less by others.
For example I consider rainbow colored alox knives worth close to nothing, but then that's just me....

I'm missing a lot of european catalogs, from 1996 to 2004.
I can tell you that from 2005 to 2007 only the Ranger 14 (which adds the saw) is listed, so the Ranger 13 was for sure discontinued before 2005.
