Logging in on Tapatalk?

What am I doing wrong?  I try to log onto the forum via Tapatalk and it wants my Facebook name and password.  Why can't I just log on as jerseydevil anymore?  Anyone?  Anyone?  Bueller?

Weird. I can login through tapatalk just fine. What version of Tapatalk are you using?

And is anyone experiencing anything similar?

Honestly not sure what version it is.  It's the free version from the Google Apps store.  It's really annoying me, needing to wait until I get to a computer to reply to threads.  I might just have to go through the phone's browser if I can't get this figured out.....

I'm assuming it's the Tapatalk 2 if it's the free version. You can check it if you go to your apps managemant or settings/applications and click on the tapatalk icon there.

Also, have you just tried turning it off and on again? :moss:

Tapatalk on my phone claims to be version 4.4.1.

When I open it, in the "Forums" tab I have the options of "Sign in with Tapatalk ID" and "Multitool.org: Cupboard". Clicking on the latter of those logs me straight in.

What do you get?

just updated the forum side plugin, not sure if that has any effect on the issue you seem to be having.

I have Tapatalk Pro 4.4.5 on my Nexus 7, and it seems to work fine. Apart from confusing your MTO login and tapatalk login (you don't need one, but it does save your logins if you use tapatalk for multiple forums/devices)

unfortunately I have 4.4.5 on both my phone and tablet... they seem fine for me, the quote is in a different background coloured box.

Yep!  It was working fine for me until it updated.  >:(  I think I'm going to uninstall it and try again.  If not I'll just shoot the phone....
