It is snug. I wet formed the leather around the actual knife. Worked out pretty well  :tu:

I did a few more sheaths for my other SAK's, but added flaps on those. 2 with velcro to hold it shut, the other one with a leather strap.

Went for a hike today and it's pretty cold. So instead of my AirPods I chose to wear my headphones. Much warmer!!!

Double belt sheath(close body style custom that doesn't catch on stuff) for Charge and bit sets. Measure and knife in front right clipped in leather-lined pocket, light in small sheath, mag/chapstick/level in bottom of front pocket, marker and pen in front left shirt pocket, sak in back left pocket. Wallet in back right pocket, and keys hang on belt loop.
It is actually a fairly scaled down carry for me. Usually I have a sak explorer and gerber pinchy(for the blunt pliers) in the back left pocket.  :tu:
I wear suspenders underneath my wprk shirt(over an undershirt), so I don't feel any weight at all. A good belt is also a must, as sheaths will warp a cheap belt.
