It really makes me wonder why Victorinox is coming out with Damascus blades before they come out with knives with upgraded steel? Leatherman obviously took the hint and has starting using 154CM and even the most-preferred steel out there in S30V. Wouldn't it be great to have a Soldier or Farmer with an S30V blade?

Vic. is conservative , but they get there in the end . Wish they would loose their hate on for pocket clips . All ans all well worth sticking to !
