I must agree. There are two Stockmans listed on the Buck site. The RWS model with the brown handle is nice. $64. My local supplier in SA has them discounted to R535 which is about $38 so good value!  :tu:

That’s a shame. I can only get the 301 with wood handle here. The 303 model that’s available has the black plastic handle which is not as nice.

Found out today that (contrary to my boundless optimism) although you can buy a decent little knife for about $12 if you look around, for $5 you really do get a pile of doggy doodoo.
Blunt, unusably stiff or dangerously loose...
Pretty little things though.  :rofl:

So instead, I bought two fantastic pliers for slightly more than the cost of a Surge. They are more focussed, but still multi-purpose: a pliers wrench and an electrical installation pliers (spring loaded and insulated). Also received a Berry Pioneer before they ran out.
