A long over due report.  My Jumpmaster 2 has lived in my trucks bed less than 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean.  While many things are showing what the salt air can do my Jumpmaster is still unfazed.  The knife lives on my truck since its my work knife for the most part.

I do not wipe it down or treat it with anything.  I use it and put it away in a bucket with other items.  I have given it a sharpen  with a diamond rod.  Its scratched but thats about all.  I did change out the little lanyard since it was kinda gross.

I am still very much impressed with this knife.  Its a terrific steel and the knife is great in my hand.  Its a nice comfortable weight.  Its listed at 5.4oz but to me that means nothing in hand.  Its balance point is right at the finger choil.

I cannot begin to remember what I've cut in 4.5 years of ownership.  I can tell ya its never failed.  Spyderco serration are superb.  H1 is wonderful.

I am sorry I didn't keep up as I hoped.  I will do my best to take pics this year and update this thread best I can.

I've been wanting an H1 blade for a while now. Sadly the availability and prices here make that difficult.
My bait fishing blade for January was a Svord carbon steel boning knife. A serrated Victorinox paring knife ran backup.

I was cleaning out my truck and realized I hadn't followed up.  Its such a great knife and more importantly the H1 stands up to what its says it should.

Zoid if you get the chance to try H1 I think you'll be more than happy.  I do want to try LC200N but so far I've not had the opportunity.
