Well, its kind of a mod, more in to customised/branding.
I used ferric chloride. The letter was dark until i washed it. Either way i am very happy with the result

Random thought: Could the small bit driver be cut down and filed (I don't have one in front of me) to the shape of a bit to fit inside a large bit driver?

Yes! Good detective work.  :hatsoff:
I knew about the other methods but didn't know this had been done.

I just messed up two Surge pivots, a torx bit and possibly a torx screwdriver.

Sounds like maybe you didn't get the loctite hot enough to release it's hold.

I thought I heated it long enough but I'm not sure.

But here's the main problem: My T10 screwdriver does not fit the screws so I assumed they were T8.

I think everything is OK... I bought another T10 screwdriver, same brand and it fits fine, not sure why the other one doesn't.
The screws all undo, just not so well with a T8.   :-[

SUPER TOOL 300
Removed lanyard ring and inner spacers to create more space, added pocket clip, thicker hacksaw, razor blade, serrated knife, a pair of steak knives.I had to remove my extra hacksaw, and razor blades. There's no more room. LoL MOD MADNESS.
