I agree with kampfers feelings on saks, also does my modded wave get me into the hacked club?
I can dig why people loves their SAK, they are good tools,  the pioneer of MT and they have the historical value.
I like them too, just not love.
This is the Leatherman forum, so I am going to say this: SAK are boring.

All the implements are the same, yea some bigger some smaller, same same same.  ::)
Different combination of implements make up different model of SAK, Exciting !!!!!  :ahhh
Make them a few mm bigger, few mm smaller, add a layer, remove a layer, now we have hundreds different models. :woohoo:
With different color scales, they become highly collectible!
Make some of the models in really small production number, people would kill each other for them too.  :pok:

Spirit is nice, but again, just those same implements pack in Leatherman format, and can't even lay flat on a table.

Ignore Breeze he is not aware that I am now the judge of this thread.

In order to join the club you will have to send me the modded Wave and I will let you know the outcome of the vote.

you need to get your modding skills up to par with zoidberg and babola before you can call yourself a judge in this thread. :P

Harley,Yikes I don't think that's going to happen friend, shipping to an apo can be unreliable anyway its best you wait till you get home or mod little man lol

JBW1, the plierless bladeless mod gave me a good laugh.
How about you send me your rebar and wave, and I'll mod it for you. You wanted a plierless/bladeless mini surge right

Best you don't let JB know you think something he says is funny he may get the wrong idea.

Do feel what you are saying about APO mail. Still looking for whoever it is I need to smack in the mouth for this whole situation.

I thought for sure you said you would donate the parts and a BO Surge on top?

Here is my LM fuse with a pocket clip. The clip came from knifekits.com. The tiny nuts to secure the clip with were actually quite hard to find. Finally, I found them at Menards. (the nuts are 2mm and the bolts are 2.5mm for those who may want to try this). The clip did come with the bolts. There was really only one spot where the bolts would not interfere with the MT. Luckily, I did not have to do any disassembly for this modification.

LOL...would love to be able to add few suggestions at least on different finishes if nothing else  :D

However, I get bored quickly and tend to move on, let's hope I stick with the MTs for a bit longer  :)

Wrong thread Harley :pok:

This is the HACKED Leatherman thread, not the SMURFED Leatherman thread  :D :D
