I'm sorry he could not participate in the discussion coins MTO , I live in Crimea , it was not until coins. My opinion is just a symbol , not interested, and if cram coin tool , it is too small for that , can only coin dimension. I made a prototype . Coin consists of two movable parts. It can measure the inner lips to 23mm outer lips on one side 25mm.S tsyfry measurements applied on the lips , on the other side of the coin tsyfry to 10 centimeters. 31.8 mm diameter coins , due to rolling one revolution turns 10 centimeters. Also on the coin openings for measuring at least 2 mm wire .

Also on the coin meter two threads as they are comfortable with the risks of use. And on the other side of the coin cutoff plate spring formed to a uniform force to the rotation of the coin

If Tofty is OK with it I think you could take up the place of the ones who entered but didn't submit a design.

I also thought at first about the extra spring. It rotates helps to keep roll to measure. Especially spring coin can be a key ring.
