I depends on what you mean by the question.  If you're saying that all Victorinox related multi-tools/SAKs disappeared, then I'd probably go with a leatherman of some sort, or maybe a Gerber.  I've got a Gerber Multitool that I keep in my bike bag and its pretty good.

But, on the other hand, if you mean all multi-tool or knife-like things disappeared, then I dunno. I at one point carried one of those "computer repair kits" (like this)in my computer bag, but after getting a Cybertool I stopped carrying that.  I guess I'd go to something like that.

It would have to be the one of the best all rounders the Mighty 'Micra' :multi:

[My keyring EDC is a Micra, except when I am 'Suited and Booted' then it is replaced with my Executive]

I would carry one of my LMs as I normally do.  I'd just be sans SAK :(

A good pair of manicure scissors and either on of my PSTs, my Camillus GI or something like that Case.

Although a PS4 and a p38 would work as well. Sadly.

For the longest time my MT has been a Leatherman Kick with a pocket clip.  Now the others are two different blades
Usually a large folder and a small slip joint.

A hand grenade and some marshmellows.

Actually I've just flown to New Zealand and am completely knifeless. Which is annoying cos it took me hours to crack open a foil sachet of instant coffee this morning...

If I couldn't have a SAK, period, I would say very likely a TL-29. I have two, don't have pictures of either. One is a Camillus model, with smooth, black delrin covers. My other is a wood, presumably laminate, Utica model, about the same color as the scales on a Buck 110. Both sport full flat grinds on the blade, and both are stainless. The driver blade on the Utica tends to close a little off-center and catch the liner, but I can live with that. I love the heft of the entire knife, and the shape of the spear blades. I like lots of belly on my knives.

If I can't have any kind of sharp, which would be a shame, them my pockets will contain a four-way Craftsman screwdriver. The type that's flat as a coin, and costs a buck at your local Sears. It rests on my keys. Also, a Fenix E01 flashlight, maybe a pair of nail cutters, and probably a P-38, so I could tear open bags and break tape more effectively than I could with a pen or keys or what have you.
