Nah, refuse... And. Grinding noise.

The blade flicks open/closed well enough with the lock disengaged so I think my pivot tightness is ok...
Maybe try a good flush of the pivot and see what happens. Maybe a little grit has gotten in there.

You need to use that thing for jobs outside of its job description though!

I think that it was wise for Benchmade, to make this model in D2 steel.  It is a multi-functional knife, but not in the sense of Swiss Army.  I'm thinking of grabbing another 'Addie' as a gift to myself.  All-black is a must with a straight-blade format.  Just haven't decided on a manual, or another auto.  A couple members have the manuals, and seem to love-them.  Cabela's has a 'special addition' in Kryptek for  $275.00; way too much for a manual.

That one us sick though to be sure!
I also have a 2nd one that is black and both are manual but I cant bring myself to start using it either as i only need 1 user i think?

I would love to get a combo edge version at some point too.

These are just such a solid tool!

So is the AFO II as tough as it sounds?  I just got a Griptilian, am thinking of grabbing an AFO II and switching to it.
