My contribution to Wenger Wednesday also happens to be my first Wenger knife, which I received in this morning's mail.  It's a Serrated Master with locking main blade and Phillips instead of corkscrew.  There's a some wear on the scales, but the tools all look completely unused.

I can tell a difference in the "snap" between this knife and my Victorinox knives (some of the tools feel positively mushy even after a bit of oil), but on the whole I can tell that the Wenger is a quality knife that's put together well.

I finally chose the Hancock traveler: I carry the ST14 too often these days, even my SI doesn't see daylight much lately !

And I think this is fun to carry a Swiss-American SAK that came to me from Canada :-)

Lol thanks Peacent!  I've been on a run of them lately.  Been looking for an affordable Teton for a while.  Gave it a good cleaning and touched it up on the Sharpmaker last night.  Even the serrated blade will slice paper now.  My only gripe is the back spring on the main blade is pretty weak.  And I think I'll take the chain off for pocket carry.

Yes Vic's SE are very easy to maintain and get sharp,
guess that's a reason you like them too ;)
