That Ranger is awesome! :like:

The Premier is an interesting little oddity in the annals of Wenger history. It's pretty much a Victorinox Bantam with a Wenger cross and tang stamp. Oddly, the back side of the tang bears "Officer Suisse" instead of a stylized W.

Thank you!

That Premier is very interesting. Did it come right after Wenger got bought out? How did they get a Vic style combo tool?

Per the SAK Wiki, it was introduced in 2009, so before the buyout. The SAK Wiki page also mentions a theory on how it came to be: Wenger was tapped for a promotion, but had to have Victorinox help out with production.

A Mike Horn Souvenir for today. This one might see a little careful carry and use if I can replace its missing toothpick and find another to keep as a safe queen.

I've long had an interest in black powder shooting, so I had to have a Wenger Hunter.

Got this beauty today, appropriately on Wenger Wednesday. This is the first Soldier from before the model 1961 that I have ever held, and wow those springs are strong. This one is from 1944, which makes it my father's bysak. Pretty cool. It even came with the original cloth bag. The double Waffenkontrol stamp is interesting. The seller thought it might have been sent in for repair and stamped a second time. That makes sense to me, but someone here might have a different idea about that.

Thanks. The Traveler was a gift from my Father when he found I was a  SAK collector. He’d received it as a company gift years ago.

I found the Esquire in a junk shop a couple of years ago.

I picked up the Bass at an estate sale a week ago. I don’t fish, but liked the uniqueness of it.

My carry Alex, a '96 SI.  It was well used when I pick it up, but it's a great carry!
