Wenger SI & Boker Canoe.
(Image removed from quote.)

SAK Guy, that Boker blade looks just like a Wenger large blade - is it just a coincidence or a mod?

It's just a big, fat, glorious Boker spear. No mod.

The pic is from last week, but this little Wenger has been my regular carry since I gave away my EDC Spartan.

I am sure it is something I am doing wrong.

Is there no Alox section on SAKWiki for Wengers?

I think it's because the SI is the only alox model Wenger produced and it was based on a Vic design  - Vic and Wenger had a 50/50 share of production.

So you're not doing anything wrong Harley, not this time anyway........

Not everyday I hear that.

So Wenger went away I wonder if there are any plans for a Delemont SI. Guessing no since they are already the same thing for the most part.

The SI is the 1961 model which was replaced by the 2008 111mm oho issue knife, so no more SI's after 2008 unfortunately.

My Wengers aren't as old as some presented here and perhaps not as cool, but I like them.

Once I become educated about the older models then I will feel more comfortable purchasing them.
