Looks fun! Ive been interested in tinder materials lately. All the examples I see to make fire use charcloth, but what if you havent made a fire yet to make char cloth. What else can catch a spark? Ive heard some sort of fungus, but not sure which? I guess I was thinking what did the early peoples use to catch the spark if they had flint and steel but nothing else on them except what was in the forest?
Can't wait to see it!
Looks like I didn't say it before, but that's an excellent walk-though.
Hello, This seems a tedious work.I prefer to use a fire starter instead which is more effective and fast as well.

Not tried it myself though.
