Nice find.

I'd say maybe early 70's due to the sharpened bottle opener. The VSSR with the small V was used until '86 but I think the bottle opener was replaced with the standard one much before that.

Hopefully someone with more 93mm knowledge will be along shortly.

There was another knife, a kabar camp knife and the papers inside were dated 1969. I might post that later elsewhere

I agree with enki_ck and will add that we had boxes like that in my shop in the early 80's that were probably older stock from the 70's.
Somewhere I remember an old thread that dated the box styles...can't remember where I saw it.
