Yeah all sounds about right too me todd  :tu: ive suffered with ibs for about 10 years and lactose intolerance for about 4 years,all my problems including depression seem to all be connected  :-\

I felt mentally strong and determined so after the school run/dog walk I got home and got my MTB and went on a 25 mile ride through the heath,I was covered in mud and cut up by brambles but I felt so great  :tu: now to lose this added weight  :tu: so a good day and I feel that good tired now  :salute:

A little update  :tu: well im on the up mentally,im in a great place,now to get my body to match,i did weightlifting from 84-96 and was in great shape,so joining a gym next week  :salute: i cant weight to get started on the next stage,me and a friend are also talking about starting our own business,  :tu:

Cheers stew  :salute: i was heavily into bodybuilding and still maintain a build if not a tad flabby  :D ive got 2 gyms to look at this week,im pretty syched and cant weight to start,i know the high i got from lifting weights and need it back,ill add progress as i go along,thanks again for the support it means a lot  :salute:
