F235 fmaU Fisherman's Knife?

I think that's what this is but it has standard scissors and a Phillips instead of a corkscrew.

I guess he means the secondary blade is a pen instead of the older clip shape.

Ixnay the above! It just arrived 3 days early and it has a wood saw that was not pictured so that probably makes it an early, 6 layer, non LNF, Champion! I missed the wood saw in the overhead shot. It's in great shape!!!! Un-sharpened blades, silver top tweezers and unused tools except for the metal file which has some very light use! It also has the slotted Phillips/fine screwdriver/awl backtool set.  No backside tang stamp either.
