Damn, orange and black is a nice look. I've got the orange SAK fever now!
Nice explorer Steve. How do you change the colour of the mag glass from grey? I have just done a set of walnut scales for mine and it would look better with the plastics In brown.
Cool. Yes I have done it. Sharpen the pin to a sharp point and oil it. Then push down on the parts or springs, when pushing the pin in.

This is my Victorinox Hunter OE (Outdoor Edition)Replaced corkscrew with phillips screw driverAdded can opener, crate opener, reamer, tooth pick, tweezers and a needleSorry for the bad quality of the fotos, I used my smartphone (and next time I will polish it before... maybe) (Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)
You must be outside the US. The Hunters here have the backside phillips instead of a corkscrew (and sadly dark green dual density scales).
looks great! looks like functional knife there.does the can opener lock like the OHT or just a regular one like on the Hercules?

It kind of worries me that the scale might come off if you attach the knife to something with a clip like that?
That's similar to the way I did the super soldier. But what I did was to drill and tap screw holes in the liner and used a threaded bushing as a spacer. Much tighter IMO and as far as I know it's still holding strong.
