Good advice though. Any photos of that tool would be appreciated.
Hi, all!Just completed my first mod project.I call it the Victorinox Millennial. Catchy, tell me not?!(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)A Spartan I made from left overs.Documented everything here for who ever may be interested...http://forum.multitool.org/swiss-forum/project-done-take-a-look-pic-heavy!!!/
Thanks all...@Capt'n, yeah and I don't recommend it. If you want a better can opener, use the standard can opener I've learned. The combo tool is definitely a compromise... @monrogue, Florida. We have 2 seasons, summer and about 3 weeks of fall. Also the thermometer isn't the best, works at telling you the temperature of our pockets or hand more than the ambient air temp...@rickin, please tell me how to get the acid etched or patina, or what every it's called look. Would love it even more with black Alox scales. Love black on black...You find the blade, combo tool, and scissors optimal for EDC as well? And one last question, was your mod an original 84mm Voyageur or did you mod a 84mm Golfer?

WEIRD. It is almost teflon like.
