They look fabulous  :tu:

I realised that the one SAK I carry all the time was my Rambler and I had always thought of it as a companion to my "main" SAK.  However if it's the one I carry all the time surly it's my main SAK?   So I started to think what would make a good companion to my Rambler.  This is what I ended up with; it covers almost all the basics (and when was the last time you needed to open a can in an emergency?) but is just two slim SAKs.  I'm also going to carry a mini driver in the corkscrew but I forgot to add it before taking the pics.

That's a good combination Gareth :tu:

Plenty of blade redundancy ;)  What about putting a different tool/blade in place of the normal one on the Rambler?  Though I suppose if you go places with just the Rambler that wouldn't work so well.
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

Actually that's a nice thought.  This is where I have to admit that I've never modded a 58mm (and only have three) so I have no idea what would work in place of the blade.

Emergency blade, ruler, cuticle pusher, peeler/plucker.

Here's a rough beta version of a bladeless Rambler...

Nice combo Gareth :tu:

You could of course ditch the small blade on the larger SAK instead; throw a combi tool on there and you get even more tools :)

It did occur to me but I didn't do it for two reasons.  A) the little combo tool on the Rambler does most things anyway.  B) I didn't have a spare combo tool for the 91mm.  :D

Raw, that's just the word.  Raw.  Like an exposed tooth nerve is "raw", or having skin removed is "raw".  Can you tell I'm not a huge fan?
