I just made homemade burgers.Anyhow it was an entirely new recipe invented by myself.Lime-Prawn-BurgerSide Dish: Avocado with Balsamic and roasted pine seedsBurger: beef patty with lime and pepper on a sourdough bread. Prawns on top with cress and a radish mousse.It was delicious.Almost forgot to take a picture.

Ice yes but water... nonoononono no water in my cocktail please... unless you mean tonic water or soda, well ok, sometimes water...Here is one for you- Half a lime, cut in fine pieces and pounded in the mortar- crushed ice- mint twig- 4cl melon pulp- 4cl lemoncello- fill up with tonic water
My favorite local burger joint is the Brickyard (http://www.thebrickyard.net/). I usually get their double stuff, with two eight-ounce beef patties, bacon, and cheddar cheese. I get it dressed as described above, and they serve it with seasoned fries.
