Thanks for posting this :salute:  I can't seem to find any info on where they are sold now, or at least not by Googling anyway.  I may not be searching correctly.  However, none of these sites are in English, and I'm not multi-lingual unfortunately :(  My chance to get one may be gone now anyway, as I had to spend some money on some unexpected necessities, so any birthday money I get may have to be used just to get us by for the next week.  We'll see though...
