Yes, twice.  Once frayed Strings in a back pack.   The other,  a hang nail

Yep those backpack strings sure blunten knives real fast... and what if you had to perform emergency trauma surgery

I was super prepared today for all the "NOT NEEDING TOOLS" atmosphere I was in today.

even my lunch had an accursed easy open lid

I did poke a hole in a sheet of paper with the awl on the Explorer, but I hardly call that impressive.

Now watch, tomorrow I will get stuck with something I do not like to carry and will be a "tool heavy" day
If I can help, let me know

That is true.  I could see it being exciting in a way as well.  It would just be a bummer to get a combo that isn't desirable, but those could be opportunities to improvise in new ways   Gotta take the bad with the good and all that ;)

considering the fact that I am a desk jockey, the PST saw a lot of action today.

I used the phillips to back screws out, and back in after putting a paperclip in between the screw head and metal plate to make a hanger inside a desk drawer (did 6 of these)

used the ruler to find the height of an item a need a match too (height wise)

used the knife to cut the tape off of the corners of 15 or so pieces of paper.

I opened my lunch from the bottom, since the top had an easy open lid

Hmmm, I know someone out your way (who has just bought some sort of horse training place) who has some unwanted pine trees...

Well that narrows it down to half of Canterbury.   What road? Type of training? Number of horses?

Since those winds I've gone through a bar and multiple chains on both saws and I still have a fence to clear.

I am becoming more comfortable with other tools, but at the same time, I like choosing what I carry.

this month long experience will be better for my lonely tools than me, but I am excited to see what my unused tools can get up to.
