This is my second bail'ed SAK. Curious on what the early catalogs show...

Victorinox 91mm Spartan/Early Spartan

Odd how the model names have changed sometimes.  Now the Camper is a Spartan with a saw.

"Wenger at first called its Esquire the Swiss Executive Knife. The Victorinox Bijou began as the Commander; the Waiter was a Bartender; the Climber started out as a Backpacker, a name later taken by Wenger; the Sturdy Boy became the Pioneer. The Parachutist was at first called the Rescuer. Vic’s Executive used to be called Companion, the Companion the Executive. In the 1960s the Climber w/o keyring was the President."

And to add to the confusion, the new 65mm Delemont SAK (Esquire with Vic shield) will be called Executive 81.
