Jeremy mate, how about combining all of your questions in a single thread rather than starting a separate topic for each?

Just a sugestion...

So far, my favorite sheath is my BO Rebar's black Molle one. Although I'm currently not carrying it, it fits the most comfortably and I feel holds the tool nice and snug.

My favourite sheath is my MUT sheath.  It carries my ST 200, MP600 and SwissTool nicely, along with a Pioneer, Style CS and LED Mini Mag.

I've moded a leather box for horizontal carry, only I carry my victorinox spirit in it.

otherwise the pocket clip.

But I finally quit carrying 2 tools at once.

Hip pocket.  Works whether I've got a belt or not.

Pocket clip for the smaller ones and non box leather or non pancake nylon for the larger ones.

Here are my favorites... sorry, Leatherman makes too many different sized tools for me to narrow it down to one sheath.

New XL MOLLE sheath for the Super Tool 300 & MUT.

Camo nylon sheath for the PST.

The old style nylon sheath for the Mini Tool.

Leather sheath for the original Wave.

Old style MOLLE sheath which was sold with many tools such as the Core, Blast, Super Tool 200 etc. Not to be confused with the new large MOLLE sheath, that one is not nearly as good as the old style. The old one can be identified by the large grommet in the bottom of the pouch, the new large MOLLE sheath has a small grommet.

I used a Nite-Ize pouch for my Wave :multi:

There's the issue, right there.  Each tool fits a slightly different sheath best.  I pocket carry my Skele on a day-to-day basis, I've got my bit kit in the pancake sheath Breezy12 gave me and that works great for that, and I use the "premium nylon charge" sheath for my Wave.  I prefer it to the stock leather Wave sheath since I can store a marker and a flashlight with it.

Thats very true the old molle sheath is superior to the new one that is of some much cheaper nylon.

The standard size Molle sheaths by Leatherman all suck, IMO. While the top and back is made of one piece quality and durable webbing, the pouch itself is rubbish, very cloth-like.

However, the Molle XL sheath is a completely different ball game. I have 4 of those (one black and 3 coyote tan) and they simply rock!  :tu:

Also apparently the standard size molle sheath is not very good if you want to mount it to molle webbing:

Yup, that's another drawback, the strap is 'backward'...wrong way around :)

Those standard LM "molle" sheaths are meant to be worn on belts, not on molle webbing. Cheap shot by LM.

I personally hate the LM molle sheaths, the loop is far wider than any belt I own, making the tool move a lot up and down on my hip.  I can't stand that.

I personally carry my Rebar, Wave, and Blast in a New Wave leather sheath that I stretched a tad.  Been using it for 2 years and it's perfect.  Before that I was using the standard Leather box sheath(unpopular, but I love it).

I have never liked using Leatherman sheaths and bought the Skinth OG (belt loop) for my Rebar then used it for my Surge, upgraded to the Plus this time going with the belt clip, bought a Wingman and Sidekick and wanted to carry both the Surge and Sidekick so got the Skinth Magnum which has alot of room, bought the Wave so now carry that with the Surge.
