If the trees blew down the wind and no one was around, would the alphabet song really go backwards?

I play. My main instrument is acoustic guitar, but also play bass, mandolin and ukulele. I pretend to play the harmonica, but I'm pretty terrible  :D

This particular uke is a 1950's Martin concert.  :tu:

A 50’s Martin concert...very nice! I have been looking at some myself as I have just retired. Am giving the Moeck wood recorders a shot first. Thanks for sharing.

I've looked into wooden recorders before, but only hohner, really. I'll have to check out Moeck.

If you ever decide to get into uke, I'd seriously consider getting a vintage Martin. For a decent condition player grade instrument, you can get one for just a little more than what decent solid wood imports cost. And man, do they sound good!

Here's a quick pic of mine.

Martin concert sized ukes are a bit more scarce than the soprano size. I should've clarified. The soprano size is where you can get decent deals.

I'd also suggest keeping an eye on guitar center. You can search for used instruments on their website. And if you have a local GC, you can return an instrument there so you're only real risk is eating the cost to have it shipped to you.

I'm new to the world of self winding watches, but so far it's been a good experience! Nice simple, yet easy to see watch face. Value priced. Been banged around at work a lot and it's still pretty unscathed!  :salute:
