Thanks for the comments MTO amigos.  :hatsoff:
It was a bit of a puzzle to fit them all in the square, opening and closing tools and rearrange them to get it right. No one said Tetris was easy.

@mechanical, you are correct. The Perret is the only 93mm that sees real use, from clean cutting stuff to cutting juicy fruit that runs in the pivot. The damasteel is an order up over regular SAK steel, so it needs to be sharpened less.
The rest of them stay pristine in a glass cabinet 99.99 of the time. My most used alox are the 58mm on my keys, as I mostly pocket other manufacturers knives. (Or my Explorer)

If you don't have an alox, you owe-it to yourself to pick-one-up!  8)

IIRC, microbe had one of both custom made.
On one of those 2, all tools are made of Damasteel.
And, IIRC even more, the custom is his user, while the original is a shelf queen.

But I'm hoping he'll chime in soon to add/confirm/deny :D
:sa:
Custom made...this is ringing a bell...guys name is with a P??? He does great work. I lost his home page when I got my new IPad.

Lumberjack - black
#18 of 65 (?)

I think I read that Swiss Bianco produced 65 of the red numbered Lumberjacks. Does anyone know if there was an equal amount made in black?

Thanks for the suggestion Ron.

-----
From Swiss Bianco Newsletter 2008 Vol 3:

"Red and Black Alox Lumberjacks arrived safely in Atlanta and will get engraved too."

"For Sale by +B
I have the following available for sale or pre-order (prices do not include shipping):

Red Alox 84mm Lumberjack (black is sold out), only 65 pieces were made"
-----

So it doesn't explicitly say how many of the black were made. I just assumed that there were equal numbers of red and black.

My new bladeless Pioneer X-less.  I had it made for me, then because it has torx screws I was able to reverse the scissors so the nail nick is on the outside edge.

A little farmer action.
