I'm going to say that we may be wandering dangerously toward a political discussion. Just be fair warned.

Yeah folks, let's all be civil.  Don't make me put my moderator hat on please.
There's no such thing as "Too pretty to carry".  There's only "Too pretty NOT to carry"...... >:D

I know many of you found us being weird carrying firearm at home, but ->
Many people also think it is weird to carry a MT everywhere we go. ;)

Just different level of preparedness.

f*k the remade.
I wore the full VDV loadout to match the original movie to the Red Dawn 2's grand opening...it was such let down.

I wonder more about the combination of gun and bible - that somehow scares me.

+2  I can't remember how many hundreds of years we might have wasted on combination of bible and weapon.

Also, another thumb-us on the ranger band sheath. Can't remember who originally posted that, but I think it's a great, secure, inexpensive, and versatile solution to carry.

Without stealing any spotlight from the op, here is the vid I posted long ago about making this sheath.  And I remembered some member probably have made something similar before me.

I want to say so much more on this subject, but yeah, it's going to be political, so I'll just butt out.  ;)

I resent the ignorant, baseless and morally bankrupt implication that contemporary Christian believers are too stupid or too evil to be trusted with firearms, and that you alone occupy the lofty position of making this determination.  Though it has become increasingly fashionable to vilify Christians, it is nonetheless shameful and has no place in civil discourse nor at MTO. The original poster's mere mention of a Bible as part of his EDC does not open the door for you to comment on how scary you think it is to contemplate the notion of a Christian gun owner.

Thank goodness that these scary Christians were disarmed.  Otherwise, they might have been able to defend themselves:

http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/jul/05/china-christianity-wenzhou-zhejiang-churches

Moderators: are scary Christians now fair game at MTO, and if not, why the silence?
