I'm interested in making a custom SAK and I wanted to know what the average price. Can anybody tell me? And is it possible to put alox scales on a spartan?

If you want to make it, the price will be whatever donor knives you need and some brass rod and your time.
Alox scales will not fit a Spartan.

$60.00 flat rate for labor plus parts.
YES you can have alox scales on a spartan.  You need an Appalachian trail 12-1 knife that is basically a fake victorinox.  It has 91mm alox scales.  I/you can either anodize or powdercoat these and there you have it.  91mm alox scales.
